Micromax will soon launch the Canvas Juice 2 smartphone in India. This is a dual SIM handset running Lollipop out of the box over a 5 inch screen with HD resolution. What makes the handset attractive is that it comes with 2GB RAM and 3000 mAh battery.

The Micromax Canvas Juice 2 is upgraded version of Canvas Juice. All handsets in the Juice series are packed with higher capacity batteries, the main purpose is to get more juice (backup) out of the battery. The Juice 2 will be powered by 1.3GHz quad core processor most likely MediaTek with Mali 400 GPU

This AQ5001 handset comes with a 5 inch IPS screen with corning gorilla glass 3 protection and supporting 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. Android Lollipop runs the show with 2GB on-board RAM, 8GB storage and micro SD card support. This handset also comes with an 8MP auto focus camera with Led flash placed on the rear and a 2MP fixed focus camera on the front.

The Micromax Canvas Juice 2 AQ5001 features a 5-inch IPS HD (720 x 1,280 pixels, 294ppi) multi touch display with Corning Gorilla Glass v3.0 protection. It runs on the latest Android v5.0 Lollipop OS which provides access to Google's latest features and apps. Doing duty under the hood is a 1.3GHz quad-core processor paired with a 2GB RAM thereby ensuring smooth performance.

Camera and Storage

The Micromax Canvas Juice 2 AQ5001 is armed with an 8MP autofocus camera at the back which supports LED flash and can capture HD videos at 30fps. It is accompanied by a 2MP front snapper. It houses an internal memory of 8GB which is further expandable up to 32GB.
