There's no reason why it should be any significantly "snappier" than the past few previous generations of smartphones just because of the faster Snapdragon 810. In terms of UI, you don't need nearly this much horsepower for fluidity. And you can always reduce animation speeds in the Developer Settings (Must tap Build Number 5X under About Phone to unlock Developer Settings). Take in mind that the UI overlays that different companies use on stock ROMs have a pretty big impact on perceived fluidity. The Adreno 430/ Snapdragon 810 theoretically produces up to 50% higher graphics performance in GFXBench but current tests with the G Flex 2 and M8 do not seem to indicate more than a 10% increase (possibly due to throttling?). You could see the difference in high-end games, but there aren't very many games that test its limits unfortunately.
